Florence Room B&B

Experience was very enjoyable.

The hotel was quiet and nice, the staff were efficient. The rooms were great-sized and included central heating, an iron and ironing board, and tea/coffee making equipment etc. The bed was big and the bathroom - clean: )

The location is ideal and very convenient, near a church. the room is extremely pleasant and reasonably large. the bathroom is clean and there are feather pillows. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, and tea/coffee making equipment are available.

The receptionist Boris is great. He is very friendly and kind to the guests. He cleans the rooms and brings you breakfast at requested time. Breakfast is quite fine by the way. Despite the fact that Boris can't speak English it is quite easy to understand each other.

The pics in Booked.net look much more luxuries than it really is, however this is always the case.

it has good location in florence as it's close enough to the train central station, bus pick up point to factory outlet and other interesting location, shopping area and the railwaystation. florence historic centre district is worth looking into.

The bathrooms are very small.

The B&B is in a central location close to the railway station, making it convenient for transportation. It is right by Firenze, Europe, the train central station, bus pick up point to the factory outlet, and other interesting locations.

We really had a very nice time at Florence Room b&B. We were welcomed by Boris, the hotel receptionist who was very kind and polite. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. And breakfast was on time and good.

Stayed for 2 days and didn't feel like leaving, I definitely want to stay in that area again. My room at this hotel was tidy with breakfast.

Great location if you need to be close to train station it's less than a 10min walk. Easy walk to The Academia, and Market Center. Very clean room and bathroom. Italian breakfast consisted of apples, bananas, yogurt, a basket of biscuits, croissant(packaged), assortment of jams, your choice of coffee and/or juices. Boris makes a great tasting cappuccino. He was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

The staff was excellent - friendly, efficient and extremely accommodating. The room was clean, it was a great location and value for the price. Breakfast was complete and delicious: fruit juice, your choice of coffee, yogurt, fruit, little English biscuits and a biscotti, a croissant and toast with choices of jam, nutella, honey and more. These things were also packaged so they were easy for me to take with me as I had to leave early for a day trip. I would definitely recommend this b&b to friends.

The single room was a bit small, but clean, well decorated and a good value for the price.

Our guest room was super clean and even came with a balcony-perfect for a lazy morning chill session or a sunset view 🌇. the staff were really attentive, and the host was a total gem.

It was really well located, comfortable, good solid wifi, lots of information available and the bed was perfectly comfy and clean. We really liked the accommodations - great shower in our private bathroom. The young man at the desk was really sweet too.... His English wasn't great but communication with him was fine nevertheless - he was very friendly, smiley, considerate and helpful.

Very pleasant staff, nice room, good location - 2 minutes from the central train station, 5 minutes from the central autobus station, 15 minutes from the Duomo.

This is not important, but the key to the floor is not activated immediately.

Very good location. Very close to the train station - less than 5 min walking. Walking distance to the main attactions. Breakfast simple, but fair. Tiny bathroom, but with good shower. Boris is very kind and helpful.

The bed is noisy and not so confortable for a couple (like two single beds togheter)
